About the Course

This self-paced online course is your introduction to Greater Palm Springs and the people, places, and experiences that make our nine-city destination unique. Whether you're new to hospitality or a longtime local, you'll build the knowledge and confidence to create memorable guest experiences and become a trusted resource for visitors. Throughout the course, you'll explore the region's attractions, culture, outdoor recreation, culinary scene, events, and tourism industry while discovering practical ways to share the very best of Greater Palm Springs with every guest. After completing the course, you'll become part of the GPS Ambassador Network and gain access to exclusive mixers, guided tours, previews of new attractions, educational programs, and special perks offered throughout the year.
